Green Coyote Cantina is bringing honest Tex-Mex, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to The Dale in Avondale Estates, and we're building an incredible Back-of-House team to help launch our newest location. • Ability to lift, carry, and safely move kitchen equipment and supplies
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Flexible availability, including lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to company and Health Department standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dish and storage areas
• Properly operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
• Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard throughout the shift
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean kitchen floors and work areas
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed
• Help maintain clean walk-ins, storage rooms, and Back of House areas
• Support Prep Cooks and Line Cooks with basic kitchen tasks when assigned
• Follow all Health Department regulations, sanitation procedures, and company standards
• Complete opening, running, and closing cleaning responsibilities
• Assist wherever needed to support the success of the Back of House team

• Work efficiently while staying organized throughout the shift
• Support the entire kitchen team with urgency and professionalism
• Take pride in keeping the kitchen inspection-ready every day
• Help create an environment where cooks can perform at their best
• Represent Green Coyote Cantina through teamwork, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Schedule & Availability

Green Coyote Cantina is open daily from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM, serving lunch, dinner, and special events.

Applicants should have flexible availability, including:

• Lunch shifts
• Dinner shifts
• Weekday availability
• Weekend availability
• Holidays and special events
• Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
