Green Coyote Cantina is bringing honest Tex-Mex, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to The Dale in Avondale Estates, and we're building an incredible team to help launch our newest location. As a bartender, you'll do much more than pour drinks. You'll help create the energy of the restaurant, build relationships with guests, and deliver an experience that keeps people coming back. What We're Looking For

• Previous high-volume bartending experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, tequila, mezcal, beer, wine, and spirits
• Passion for handcrafted cocktails and exceptional guest service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift
• Team-first mentality with a willingness to support the entire restaurant
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible availability, including lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, margaritas, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Green Coyote's food menu, beverage program, daily features, and seasonal offerings
• Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service to every guest
• Build relationships with guests while creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Recommend cocktails, tequila selections, beer pairings, and menu items with confidence
• Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift
• Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to management
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Work closely with servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure efficient service
• Support fellow team members wherever needed to create an exceptional guest experience

• Execute every cocktail consistently according to company recipes
• Maintain speed without sacrificing quality or hospitality
• Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service
• Maintain extensive knowledge of tequila, margaritas, cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout every shift
• Build lasting relationships that encourage guests to return
• Represent Green Coyote Cantina with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality

Schedule & Availability

Green Coyote Cantina is open daily from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM, serving lunch, dinner, and special events.

Applicants should have flexible availability, including:

• Lunch shifts
• Dinner shifts
• Weekday availability
• Weekend availability
• Holidays and special events
• Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
