Are you an experienced server who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in delivering exceptional service?

Hearth Pizza Tavern is seeking experienced Servers to join our Front of House team. We are looking for energetic, friendly, dependable hospitality professionals who understand that great restaurants succeed when everyone works together.

All fresh, oven-fired pies with a wide selection of beers, wines, and spirits. All of our food is fresh and made in our own kitchen, right down to homemade dough, cheeses, and toppings. Top-shelf food with a tavern feel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide exceptional service to every guest from greeting through departure
• Learn and confidently present food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Make menu recommendations and enhance the guest experience
• Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Maintain clean and organized stations throughout each shift
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties thoroughly and consistently
• Follow company service standards and procedures
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous full-service restaurant serving experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Team-player mentality with a willingness to support others
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service
• Willingness to learn the menu, ingredients, beverages, and daily features to confidently guide guests through their dining experience

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• AM/PM availability 
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
• Holiday availability may be required
• Flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs
