Director - Clinical Insight Services Sales

Director-level sales leadership role for IntrinsiQ Clinical Insight Services, managing relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech partners. Responsible for identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue across specialized service offerings in a remote Pennsylvania position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships within assigned pharmaceutical and biotech accounts
• Lead proposal development, contracting, and pricing strategy for Clinical Insight Services
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and advocate for program quality and integrity
• Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and consultative guidance on service offerings
• Travel to industry conferences, GPO meetings, and in-person client engagements as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible sales experience
• Professional consultative sales experience in market research, medical affairs, or analytics/data solutions
• Strong proposal writing, client presentation, and contract negotiation skills
• Knowledge of PhRMA code and FDA regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and cross-functional collaboration
