Automotive Service Advisor

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. Write repair orders for Express Service maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, filters, and other routine services. Clearly explain recommended maintenance and answer customer questions. Communicate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Review completed work and invoices with customers before delivery. Schedule future maintenance appointments and encourage preventative vehicle care. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software. Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
