Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and methods.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities as deemed appropriate.

• Monitor and document client progress through clear, accurate, and timely records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, setting measurable therapeutic goals and regularly reviewing them.

• Facilitate teletherapy options for clients who prefer a virtual format or have accessibility challenges, ensuring no barriers exist to receiving care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselors at Gotham Enterprises Ltd work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
