Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family modalities, employing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to meet clients' unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with a wide range of professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, participating in regular case review meetings and consultations as needed.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and emotional support for clients in acute distress, ensuring the provision of timely and appropriate help in emergency situations.

• Engage actively in community outreach and mental health education initiatives, aiming to promote mental wellness and dismantle stereotypes associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are a diverse group seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively working within a multidisciplinary team.

• Cultural competence in working with clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseload effectively and ensure proper documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous, as will experience in community-based mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
