Required:

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Active North Carolina Medical License
• Active North Carolina DEA (NC address required)
• Active North Carolina Medicaid Credentialing

• Round on assigned and unassigned patients
• On-call for emergent Cesarean sections
• On-call for vaginal deliveries
• Perform emergent GYN procedures as needed
• Admissions required

• EMR: Meditech 6.1
• Average 27 deliveries per month
• Average 11 C-sections per month
• Typical census: 1-3 deliveries per 24-hour period
• Level I Nursery
• High-risk deliveries managed only in emergent situations; patients requiring NICU services are transferred to a higher level of care approximately 30-45 minutes away
