Facilities Technician

Full-Time | 4-Day Week (MonThurs, 6am4:30pm) | $30+/hr

Hands-on role in a small manufacturing shopgreat entry into industrial maintenance.

What You'll Do

General building maintenance (light repairs, plumbing, lighting)
Painting, drywall, basic carpentry
Clean/maintain facility and grounds
Basic equipment upkeep (filters, oil changes, PMs)
Operate floor scrubbers, handle trash/recycling
Assist with light welding/fab (if experienced)

What We're Looking For

Facilities or hands-on maintenance experience
Apartment maintenance backgrounds welcome
Comfortable with tools and basic repairs
Self-starter, detail-oriented

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Full insurance coverage, medical, dental, vision, 401k. Direct hire, training provided.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Isanti, MN.
