Facilities Technician

Full-Time | 4-Day Week (Mon–Thurs, 6am–4:30pm) | $30+/hr

Hands-on role in a small manufacturing shop—great entry into industrial maintenance .

What You’ll Do

• General building maintenance (light repairs, plumbing, lighting)

• Painting, drywall, basic carpentry

• Clean/maintain facility and grounds

• Basic equipment upkeep (filters, oil changes, PMs)

• Operate floor scrubbers, handle trash/recycling

• Assist with light welding/fab (if experienced)

What We’re Looking For

• Facilities or hands-on maintenance experience

• Apartment maintenance backgrounds welcome

• Comfortable with tools and basic repairs

• Self-starter, detail-oriented

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Full insurance coverage, medical, dental, vision, 401k. Direct hire, training provided.
