D1 Training Sandy Springs is looking for a Soccer Specialist to lead sport-specific training for youth, high school, and club athletes chasing their next level - from varsity to college recruitment.

What you'll do:

• Design and coach soccer-specific speed, agility, footwork, and skill development sessions
• Work 1-on-1 and in small groups with athletes at every stage
• Bring energy, structure, and real soccer IQ to every session
• Help athletes build the physical foundation to compete at the D1 level

What we're looking for:

• Playing and/or coaching experience in soccer (club, high school, or college level a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for developing young athletes
• Certification in strength & conditioning or willingness to obtain (CSCS, CPT, or similar)
• Reliable, coachable, team-first mindset

Job Summary

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Teach
• A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1's members, Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams, by:
  • Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service
  • Starting and finishing workouts on time
  • Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program
  • Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member
  • Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams
  • Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
  • Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe
• Rotating weekends required

• About 20-30 hours per week (availability for morning shift is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
• Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
