Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while maintaining high standards of care. Our team operates Monday to Friday, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. However, you may occasionally need to conduct evening or weekend sessions to meet the varying needs of our clients. By leveraging telehealth technology, you'll ensure that our clients receive consistent care, regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including treatment notes and progress reports.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will primarily serve an aging clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, and other adjustment disorders. By understanding the socio-cultural context of our clients, you will develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address their specific needs, building trust and rapport essential for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
