This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to manage your work-life balance while delivering quality mental health care from a comfort of your home. The work schedule is set for Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, allowing for consistent working hours while accommodating clients' schedules. As part of our outpatient office, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of health professionals, utilizing state-of-the-art virtual healthcare technology to deliver counseling services effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific psychological and emotional care needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to help elderly clients address challenges related to aging, such as loneliness, depression, and anxiety.

• Implement educational initiatives for families and caregivers, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance the emotional well-being of their elderly loved ones.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for residents and their families, guiding them through the complexities of end-of-life issues with empathy and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n
