Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, determining their specific counseling needs and creating personalized care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus in this role will be working with seniors at our Community Health Clinic, who often face complex emotional challenges related to aging, such as coping with loss, adjusting to new life stages, and addressing mental health issues. You will engage empathetically with clients who may be dealing with isolation, grief, or significant life changes, offering them much-needed support during vulnerable times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must have a valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of three years of dedicated experience providing mental health counseling in a relevant setting, with a focus on elderly clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
