Restaurant Manager Wanted: Lead the Rush, Own the Results

This is a high-volume, full-service Fast Casual concept where speed and quality share the same plate. We need a hands-on leader who can run a busy floor, coach a strong crew, and keep guests coming back. If you love the energy of a packed dining room and the satisfaction of a tight, well-run shift, this role was built for you.

  • Proven restaurant management experience, high-volume preferred
  • Comfortable leading teams during fast, demanding rushes
  • Strong grasp of food safety and labor standards
  • Hands-on leader who works the floor, not just the office
  • Dependable, guest-focused, and ready to hit the ground running
