This position requires effective bilingual communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and maintain smooth logistics processes. The coordinator works closely with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams, primarily during standard day shifts, and uses warehouse management systems alongside manual tracking to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and update records accurately
• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to guarantee accuracy
• Enter and maintain logistical data using warehouse management systems and manual tracking
• Facilitate bilingual communication to support diverse team interactions
• Coordinate daily activities between logistics, warehouse, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies
• Operate warehouse equipment as required
• Maintain organization and accuracy of documentation and records

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics coordination
• Strong bilingual communication skills
• Experience with data entry and time management
• Demonstrated ability in team collaboration and problem solving
