Staff Pharmacist - Northern FloatOld West End Community Health Center 2244 Collingwood Blvd. Toledo, Ohio 43620 Full Time - must be willing to work 12 hour shifts as needed. (applicable positions only) FTCA Malpractice CoverageQualificationsEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and current Pharmacy License in the State of Ohio. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Successful completion of in-house training.Experience RequiredSKILLS/ABILITIES : Current License in good standing with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Ability to act as a preceptor for pharmacy students. CPR – BLS (basic life support) required. Professional demeanor. Ability to respect confidentiality of patient data. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of insurance and third-party payment systems preferred. Ability to work as a team member. Computer experience. Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by position. Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of people.Work EnvironmentWork is primarily sedentary, demanding sitting, walking, lifting, and bending. Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination commonly associated with duties in an office setting will be performed repetitively.
