Construction Project Manager

Location: Miramar, FL (On-site with travel to multiple project sites) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of residential construction projects—from planning and design through execution and close-out. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in residential construction project management, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage residential construction projects across multiple phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate and oversee the work of architects, engineers, and general contractors Ensure strict adherence to Florida Building Code and all applicable regulations Manage project procurement including bids, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor negotiations Review and approve project billing, budgets, and cost tracking Maintain project schedules, workflows, and reporting to ensure successful delivery Conduct regular site visits and provide leadership across multiple active job sites Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to drive project progress Ensure quality control and compliance throughout all construction phases Qualifications 10+ years of experience in construction project management with a strong focus on residential construction Proven experience with: Site development and design coordination Procurement, bidding, and contract negotiation Managing multiple residential construction projects concurrently Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred Florida General Contractor (GC) License required or ability to obtain within 18 months Valid Florida Driver’s License required Strong knowledge of construction processes, compliance, and project execution Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance Willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites Additional Information This role requires regular travel to various residential construction sites (vehicle allowance or mileage provided) Flexibility to support project needs, including occasional extended hours if required All candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug screening, driving record check, and reference verification If you’re a seasoned Residential Construction Project Manager looking for a stable opportunity with strong project volume and long-term growth potential, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly visible and impactful role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
