Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as required for speech-language pathology practice
• Previous experience in school environments and working with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of IEP development, caseload management, and relevant documentation procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for family and team collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen, assess, and provide therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop goals and plans
• Document session notes and maintain compliance with school and healthcare regulations
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and families to help generalize communication strategies in the classroom
• Design and adapt materials and interventions appropriate for a school setting
• Provide progress reports and contribute expertise to case conferences
