Step into a critical role supporting students with autism and emotional needs for the 2026–2027 academic year. We are recruiting dedicated Autism Support Interventionists (ASI) and Emotional Support Interventionists (ESI) for contract opportunities near Bethlehem, PA. Assignments run from August 10, 2026, through June 11, 2027, following the school calendar. Initial hours are limited during Opening Day and Summer Academy, with a transition to regular school hours later in August. Each opening is in-person and located across Carbon and Lehigh counties; placement is based on assignment needs and candidate availability.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Human Services, or related field preferred (Associate’s with strong, relevant experience considered)
• At least one year of proven experience supporting children/adolescents with autism, behavioral/emotional disabilities, or in behavioral health settings (three years preferred)
• Demonstrated strength in behavior management, de-escalation, and implementing behavior plans
• Comfort with highly structured environments and supporting significant behavioral or emotional needs
• Reliable, collaborative, and professional demeanor
• Competent in basic technology for documentation and communication

ASI Primary Duties:

• Deliver one-on-one and group intervention for students with ASD
• Implement behavior intervention plans, use evidence-based strategies, and provide personal care support as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and collect data for progress monitoring

ESI Primary Duties:

• Assist students with emotional/behavioral health needs to access learning
• Implement individualized behavior plans and support daily routines using trauma-informed practices
• Help manage classroom transitions and collect data for behavioral interventions
