Join ProCred , a leader in provider enrollment and credentialing, and take charge of a high‑impact operations team. We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to optimize workflow, elevate team performance, and ensure seamless, compliant credentialing for providers across multiple health plans and hospital systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Credentialing Department’s daily operations and productivity.
- Implement streamlined processes and standardized guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and develop credentialing leads and coordinators.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee provider onboarding documents, CAQH, rosters, and expirations.
- Ensure all credentialing meets Federal and State compliance standards.
What You Bring
- 3+ years leadership experience
- 5+ years credentialing experience preferred
- 3+ years managed health plan enrollment experience preferred
