About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and drive the growth and profitability of its multi-concept restaurant group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for expansion, acquisitions, and market growth, as well as establishing organizational goals and key performance indicators to ensure operational and financial success. The CEO will also oversee all restaurant operations, maintain full P&L responsibility, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. A key aspect of the role is to build and mentor a high-performing executive leadership team, foster a culture of excellence, and serve as the ambassador of the company's mission and values. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced business degree. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail industry is required, with a proven track record in leading multi-unit operations and driving organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and experience in both operational leadership and corporate strategy. Experience with business development, including mergers, acquisitions, and concept expansion, is also highly valued. The role demands a leader who can champion innovation while preserving the unique identity of each concept and who is adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
