Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external staff through excellent customer service and communication. This is an on‑site position at our Clearwater, FL office. Responsibilities Qualify and produce a steady inventory of quality applicants. Meet/exceed company sales guidelines and maintain a full desk of business within 12 months. Apply daily/weekly sales Key Performance Indicators consistently. Develop complete knowledge of the different specialties and units in healthcare within 6 months. Maintain healthy relationships in potentially challenging situations. Understand compliance, company database, and payroll processes within six months. Requirements Previous travel nurse recruiting experience preferred. At least one year experience in sales, account management, or as an account executive. Coachable and open to feedback; embraces learning from mistakes. Quickly and proficiently understand and apply new information. Exceptional work ethic and self‑starter, able to work without constant supervision. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions while maintaining performance under stress. Must thrive in a loud, fast‑paced, competitive sales environment. Speak and write articulately and concisely with high professionalism. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills; proactive in planning. Education Bachelor’s Degree required.
