The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This role will manage field teams, coordinate project schedules, and support the successful delivery of asphalt and concrete projects across commercial and municipal clients.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
