Business Development & Operations Manager

MosquitoNix®, the national leader in mosquito control solutions, is hiring a Business Development & Operations Manager. This hybrid role blends sales, community outreach, and customer growth with hands-on installation and service support. What You'll Do

Business Development (70%)

• Prospect, network, and build relationships in the community
• Attend events and generate new customer leads
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Educate homeowners on our mosquito control systems
• Build referral partnerships with local businesses

Operations & Installation (30%)

• Assist with installing and maintaining mosquito control systems
• Support service teams and ensure quality customer experiences
• Learn hands-on technical skills (no experience required)

What You Need

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience with successful achievement of increasing revenue through current customers and developing new customer base
• 2+ years experience growing sales

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
