LATAM Lifecycle Specialist - Remote HR & Offboarding
United States Digital Space LLC
Remote is seeking an HR Advisor to support clients’ global employee lifecycle, with a focus on offboarding, compliance, and practical guidance in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
You’ll lead client meetings, draft termination and related documents, coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, and regulators, and steer process improvements across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
This role offers the chance to shape how organizations hire, pay and manage teams anywhere in the world.
