Customer Service Associate (Retail)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the store.
Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making purchasing decisions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolution.
Maintain a neat and organized store environment by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold company standards of service.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales events to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while addressing customer issues.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
