Support sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer strategies for high‑net‑worth clients in a collaborative boutique private client practice. Key Responsibilities Draft and implement advanced estate planning strategies, including estate, gift, and generation‑skipping tax planning, with an understanding of tax compliance and return preparation. Administer estates and trusts, including routine probate matters, trust accounting, and fiduciary guidance under Massachusetts law. Advise high‑net‑worth clients on business succession, charitable giving, multigenerational planning, and blended‑family considerations. Collaborate with tax, corporate, and banking teams to align legal strategies with broader financial objectives. Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication and trusted guidance. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in trusts and estates, focused on high‑net‑worth individuals and complex planning matters. LLM preferred but not required; strong taxation knowledge essential. Proven experience drafting sophisticated estate plans and administering estates/trusts under Massachusetts law. Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional, client‑centered demeanor. Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a dynamic, sophisticated practice.
