Mason - Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Washington. As a Mason you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors and foundations using various materials including bricks, concrete blocks and stones. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 and we prefer candidates with experience in masonry work. Responsibilities Build and repair structures according to blueprints or specifications Measure and cut materials to specific sizes Mix mortar or grout and spread it evenly over the designated area Lay bricks, concrete blocks or stones in a pattern to create walls or other structures Use hand tools and power tools to shape or cut materials as needed Repair any damaged structures or surfaces Requirements Proven experience as a Mason or similar role Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately Familiarity with different types of masonry materials and their use Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials Attention to detail and precision in work Good communication skills Biometric passport for identification purposes This is a contract position that includes accommodation for the duration of the project.
