About the Role As an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team. During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline. After the onboarding period, you'll transition to an uncapped commission model , where your earnings are directly linked to your results.
