Labor Law Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a labor law associate in Kansas with 1-5 years of experience in labor law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and research skills and demonstrate a strong interest in labor law and workers' rights. Duties Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Advise clients on labor law matters. Represent clients in negotiations and hearings. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases. Requirements 1-5 years of labor law experience. Excellent writing and research skills. Interest in labor law and workers' rights. Kansas Bar admission or eligibility for admission. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Kansas Bar or ability to obtain. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
