Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

To enhance the performance of the Multi-Location Sales team, the full-time Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will design and deliver training programs, manage content strategy, and implement measurable outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Set content strategy and governance for training materials and ensure they are current and accessible Design and deliver blended learning experiences, including in-person and virtual training sessions Implement measurement and ROI for training programs, defining KPIs and iterating based on feedback Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, or digital media sales with measurable program ownership Experience with AI tools and automation platforms to enhance sales team productivity Proficiency in LMS/CMS platforms and data fluency with tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce Strong background in curriculum development across various learning formats Creative mindset with a focus on learner-first design for remote training environments
