Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via established secure telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Document client interactions meticulously using our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain organized and compliant records.

• Engage in optional virtual consultations and training sessions with team members to enhance clinical skills and share insights.

• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with BBS and HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include a wide array of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing support and therapeutic interventions for adults and adolescents, particularly those from historically marginalized communities. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, tailoring your approach to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LCSW license in California, in good standing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) obtained from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of relevant experience providing therapy, preferably in a virtual or hybrid setting.

• Strong ability to work independently while being an integral part of a remote team.

• Proficiency in telehealth tools and EHR systems, with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. We offer both W-2 and 1099 payment options to suit your preferences, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
