Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs and goals, regularly updating those plans as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated and holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and perform risk assessments to develop comprehensive safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that clients’ rights and confidentiality are upheld.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups designed to foster community and resilience among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
