Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a standard workweek of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will work closely with a dynamic team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to develop and deliver client-centered care. The remote setting empowers you to utilize technology effectively in performing assessments, conducting therapy sessions, and engaging with clients through virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, strengths, challenges, and available resources, ensuring thorough evaluation and understanding of their unique situations.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to create and modify individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions to support the client's progress.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance when needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and client interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. You will provide support to clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their specific cultural, social, and developmental needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering high-quality care.

• Strong understanding of, and experience with, evidence-based treatment approaches and techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing you to build rapport and effectively support clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
