Job Overview Kinetic Die Casting Company is hiring experienced die casting machine operators for an afternoon shift, paying $18-$20 per hour with a $500 sign‑on bonus. Positions • 2 die casting machine operators • 1 supervisor / leadman Responsibilities Operate a 250‑ton Toshiba die casting machine and set ladle controls. For operators: perform daily machine operation and maintenance, monitor production quality, and follow safety procedures. For supervisor: manage operators, perform tooling changes, and train new operators. Qualifications • Proven experience operating aluminum die casting machines.
- Ability to work the 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
