Global Employee Relations Manager

To support a growing global workforce, the full-time Global Employee Relations Manager will manage employee relations workflows, oversee investigations and compliance with labor laws, and partner with People Business Partners to uphold high-performance culture standards in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and management of employee relations workflows to ensure consistent practices across regions Manage the end-to-end process for investigations and performance cases, providing support to People Business Partners Maintain a deep understanding of labor laws in key operating regions and assist with the company's growth into new markets Required Qualifications Proven experience managing employee relations on a global scale with knowledge of international labor laws Strong experience conducting investigations with empathy, objectivity, and discretion Familiarity with US, EMEA, and APAC labor laws, including UK grievance/disciplinary procedures Ability to navigate complex situations while balancing legal risks and cultural impact Experience working within a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
