So, if you’ve got a way with Human Resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you!Reporting directly to our Head of People, this role will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution, for all our markets.Who You Are:You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American marketYou have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environmentYou are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracyYou are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simpleYou are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!What You Will Do:Upgrade our C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain our talents, notably by benchmarking our practices with the best-in class Tech companies Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our strategyManage our equity attributionsEnsure our Benefits’ competitiveness, while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mindRegular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers, and handling relationships with themDeploy & manage the annual increases’ process worldwide in the Pigment Application. Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflowsParticipate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis.How we workThrive Together: We can only win as a team.
