Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy food and beverage location, where you will help monitor entry points, conduct screening activities, and remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents. You will interact with guests and team members, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and support daily operations with a caring, reliable approach. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.12 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site‑specific procedures, access screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items at designated entry points in accordance with location policies, and report irregularities or prohibited items to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, monitoring entrances, loading areas, and common spaces for unusual activity and/or operational concerns. Support a professional environment within a food and beverage location by verifying credentials, directing foot traffic, and helping to deter unauthorized access or policy violations. Minimum Requirements A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
