Registered Nurse Case Manager - RN | Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice $41.00 - $43.00/hour, based on experience Full-Time | 40hrs per week Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Occasional On-Call RotationsLegacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice not only provides compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation!
