Role Description As an Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Taryn Reiss, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You proactively market relevant products and services to improve our customers’ lives. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
