Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Caf Operations Manager to support a high-profile client in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is energized by building something new. Our caf serves four meal periods daily. The manager will work a SundayThursday schedule, primarily 9:00 AM5:00 PM, with the flexibility needed to support a dynamic operation.

We are currently operating out of a temporary kitchen and office space while our brand-new facility is under constructionmaking this a unique chance to help shape the future of the program from the ground up.

As the Caf Operations Manager, you will lead all front-of-house operations and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a diverse caf team
• Champion an exceptional customer experience across all dayparts
• Support daily hospitality services with a focus on consistency and quality
• Collaborate with culinary and operational partners to elevate service delivery
• Bring forward new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
