About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its business across the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the regional growth strategy, leading the commercial organization, and partnering with global leadership to scale the business and enhance market position. This executive will have full P&L responsibility for the region, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability through strategic and commercial initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, increasing market share, and contributing to global product and go-to-market strategy. The role also involves leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
