Senior IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects while supporting Agile teams as needed. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments, with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and help drive team accountability when necessary. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling and Jira for Agile tracking and reporting is required. Candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Prior Scrum Master experience or Agile certifications are preferred but not required.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology or business projects

-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Jira

-Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies

-Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple workstreams

-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

-Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments

-Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
