Zio Al's Pizza & Pasta is looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our growing locations.

For over 13 years, we've built our reputation on quality food, exceptional service, and strong leadership. As we continue expanding across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we're looking for leaders who want more than just a management position—they want to help build a company.

Compensation

• $58,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus program
• Leadership development and coaching

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach employees and managers to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales while managing labor and food cost goals
• Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Create employee schedules and maintain proper staffing levels
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, payroll verification, and administrative responsibilities
• Ensure company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed
• Build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to lead from the front and support every area of the restaurant when needed
