Job Summary: This role is responsible for answering detailed questions about products, accounts, and financial services offered. The incumbent will educate clients, identify deeper financial conversations, and refer to specialists across the bank. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving escalated and complex inquiries and requests pertaining to accounts in a timely manner. Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal specialists. Apply knowledge of financial products, financial planning, and banking services to educate clients on value‑added opportunities. Ensure client needs are met in a timely fashion while adhering to procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Required Deliver solutions and experiences that improve clients’ financial lives.
