As a district floater, you'll collaborate with a range of school teams and support diverse learners, adapting to varying classroom settings, and broadening your experience throughout the district.

Your role includes:

• Providing direct instruction and support to K-12 students with a variety of abilities and special needs.
• Collaborating with general education teachers and specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Managing caseload assignments across multiple school sites as a district floater.
• Utilizing adaptive strategies and resources to foster an inclusive environment.
• Maintaining open communication with families, caregivers, and support staff to encourage student success.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active CTC teaching credential in Mild/Moderate Support Needs (M/S), Extensive Support Needs (ESN), or equivalent special education authorization.
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, working with K-12 students.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with flexibility to travel within the district.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
