What You’ll Do Become an expert on our products and brands to assist families from preemie through size 14. Greet customers warmly and guide them in understanding our products’ features and benefits. Maintain a customer-centric focus on the sales floor. Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both team members and customers. Model service standards and coach the team to achieve success. Lead and manage specific business focus areas with planning and detailed execution. Act as the Leader on Duty by driving results and promptly addressing customer concerns. Utilize customer feedback to discover opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies. Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including our credit program. Provide real-time feedback to the team and address performance concerns with the Store Manager. Recognize and reward exceptional team performance through positive reinforcement. Qualities We Seek A positive, solution-driven attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Outlook, Excel, internet navigation). A diverse set of skills and experiences. A high school diploma or GED. You Can Lift up to 40 pounds as necessary with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for long periods; climb ladders.
