Apprentice Smart Home Technician

Full-time competitive employment opportunity – less than 3% of applicants make it to the interview stage and are hired.

Looking for serious applicants only for 40-hour work week, weekdays 7am – 4pm.

Apprentices are in high demand by local employers. There's no better way to leave fast food work, factory labor, delivery driving, or the military to enter a high-paying, rewarding career. Apprentice pay starts at $18/hour, with milestone advancement raises given. Top technicians in this industry earn $35+/hour.

When accepted into the program, we work with you to create a Candidate Profile, your "Golden Ticket" to become an apprentice. You will interview with eager-to-hire employers.

Once hired, you will start as Apprentice 1, receive on-the-job training, complete online training and be directed through a specific skills development path. As an Apprentice 2, you will add advanced skills that lead to becoming a Home Electronic Systems Technician Level 1, with wage increases along the way.

This position requires physical activity indoors and outside; climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, crawling in attics, manual dexterity, lifting 50 lbs. and carrying 25 feet, working with hand and power tools, and more.

Home technology involves everything electronic in a residence, and the industry is HOT. High-end installation companies are leading the trend putting customized, over-the-top systems in luxury homes. You can get in without experience and be on your way to a fast-paced career.
