Schedule Full Time
4 Days per Week plus Every Other Weekend
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

As a Quality of Life Coordinator you will play a key role in creating meaningful person centered experiences for residents each day.

What You Will Do

Plan and lead engaging daily and monthly activity programs
Create meaningful experiences that support physical cognitive and emotional well being
Organize music arts sensory activities and small group engagement
Coordinate special events and outings for residents
Support and inspire team members to incorporate engagement into daily care
Maintain activity supplies sensory tools and enrichment materials

What We Are Looking For

Positive energetic and compassionate personality
Creativity and passion for enriching the lives of others
Interest or experience in memory care activities or senior living preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
